We may collect basic user profile information from all of our Visitors. We collect the following additional information from our Authorized Customers: the names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of Authorized Customers, the nature and size of the business, and the nature and size of the advertising inventory that the Authorized Customer intends to purchase or sell.

What organizations are collecting the information?

In addition to our direct collection of information, our third-party service vendors (such as credit card companies, clearinghouses and banks) who may provide such services as credit, insurance, and escrow services may collect this information from our Visitors and Authorized Customers. What partners or service providers have access to Personally Identifiable Information from Visitors and/or Authorized Customers on the Site?

Vozni has entered into and will continue to enter into partnerships and other affiliations with a number of vendors. Such vendors may have access to certain Personally Identifiable Information on a need to know the basis for evaluating Authorized Customers for service eligibility. Our privacy policy does not cover their collection or use of this information. Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information to comply with the law. Can a Visitor delete or deactivate Personally Identifiable Information collected by the Site?

We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site’s database by contacting. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor’s entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.

At Vozni, we strongly believe in transparency and reliability. We care about our customers’ privacy and security and make our data usage practices easily understandable and accessible, publicly described below:

Personal Information

Personal information is the data that can be used to identify or contact a single person, such as your name, address, email, phone number, as well as other non-public information related to the content above. When you register for Vozni Services we collect and store certain personal information necessary to set up your account with us, such as your first and last name, and email address. 

While registering we also generate and store a unique identifier that helps us identify each Vozni tracker (or another Vozni device) that is being linked to your account.

We also collect and store detailed location information about your Vozni device(s) which we get access to either via your phone or the data sent via other users’ mobile devices with an installed and activated Vozni app. The users will have no access to any information related to you. 

If case you request deletion of your account, we will delete the information related to you, however, we may not be able to delete some information from our backup systems.

Sharing your Vozni Device Location Information

The Vozni Crowd Find Services are based on the community of Vozni users having the Vozni app installed and activated on their mobile devices. To send the information about Vozni devices spotted nearby, the phone should be connected to the Internet. If the phone is not connected to the Internet at the moment, the information will be stored locally in the Vozni app and later be sent to us. The information sent to us includes:

  • GPS location of the device
  • Unique identificator of the device spotted nearby
  • Unique identification of the user sharing the Information with us.

All the location and other information we gather about the Vozni device(s) located through the Vozni app will be stored is stored on Vozni’s cloud server. The location information shared with us is completely anonymous and inaccessible to other users. We will not identify you personally to other users or otherwise make your location information available to any third party in personally identifiable form without your prior consent unless required by law.

Third-Party Sites and Services

Vozni app may contain links to third-party websites or services. Information may be collected by third parties, which may include such things as location data or contact details, which is governed by their privacy practices. We encourage you to learn about the privacy practices of those third parties.

Information Security

We implement commercially reasonable systems, applications and procedures to secure your personal information, to minimize the risks of theft, damage, loss of information, or unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or use of information. However, these measures are unable to provide absolute assurance. Therefore, although we take great efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee and you cannot reasonably expect that our databases will be immune from any wrongdoings, malfunctions, unlawful interceptions or access, or other kinds of abuse and misuse.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. If there are any changes to this Privacy Policy, they will be posted on the Website and be accessible on the Vozni app. You may also receive an email notification about the upcoming changes to our privacy policy. 

By using the Vozni app you agree to our Privacy Policy. Continuing to use the Vozni app after being notified of such changes will indicate your acceptance of the terms. If you do not agree with any of the amended terms, you must stop any further use of the Vozni app or services or terminate your account.
